Previous Employment Requirements: Return Staff Policy – Akron will consider prior employees to return as travelers as long as they are not currently active employees

Required Credentials: Background Policy to be noted prior to submission – client typically approves BG hits

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: ECMO program, CRRT, post-op heart, neurosurgery

Types of Patients on Unit: Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics

Patient Diagnoses: We see everything - no dedicate cardiothoracic or trauma unit - we see these patients in the PICU

Equipment Used on Unit: Alaris IV pumps, Phillips Monitors, Servo vents

Unit/Facility Details: Number of Beds: 23

Drivers License/State ID

Special Requests: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission

Block Schedules: No

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Coverage: Every Other

Floating Requirements: Any acute care units and NICU
