Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Family Care clinic, 12 Lead ECG, Hearing screening, Height/Weight, Interpretation of laboratory results, Medication reconciliation, Pain assessment, Patient Health Questionnaire/History/Allergies, Pulse Oximetry, Vision testing, Vital Signs - Blood Pressure, Respirations, Temperature, Pulse, Blood glucose monitoring, Dressing Change, Nebulizer Treatments, Pap Smear, Set up aseptic /sterile procedure trays, Suture Removal, Intradermal, Intramuscular, Intravenous infusions, Subcutaneous, Capillary, Labeling of specimens, Throat, Urine - UA/Clean Catch, Vaginal, Blood Glucose via Glucometer, Pregnancy, Strep, Urine Dipstick/Urinalysis, Pharmacy calls/patient refill requests, Telephone Triage, Follow up phone calls, Medication refills, Universal precautions
