Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience.

Experience with Allscripts/Eclipsys is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Previous Employment Requirements: Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.

If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.

Unit/Facility Details: 1 CV rooms, 1 overlow CV room for emergencys if needed.

There are 1-2 heart cases per day - will work in main OR if needed.

Lots of call during the week.

Special Requests: Cannot have any licensure hits.

Shift & Scheduling: Rotating weekday call, rotating weekend call

Shift: 6:45-3:15, some cases finish late so would need to stay.
