Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.
LPNs only: Must have previously worked on at least (1) a travel assignment with Trusted and have a reference from that assignment
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: cumulative experience applies for previous travelers.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Special Requests: Schedule is made out by the manager who will work with staff around any requested time off (RTO).
Shift & Scheduling: No call
Weekends as scheduled.
No self-scheduling.
Travelers are expected to be flexible and help to fill gaps in permanent schedule.
Weekend Requirement Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: May be asked to go in the Holiday Rotation.
Holidays go by rotation for RN's. PCT's do not have scheduled holidays, they work if it lands on their scheduled day.
Floating Requirements: Floating and shift pull rotation. May be floated to any other MS, MS-Tele, or IMC for lower acuity pts on the floor.
