Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience within the past 4 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Required Skills/Experience:

• Tele experience is a must.

• Need to be tele trained. will need to sign off on strips.

Unit/Facility Details: Beds - 38

Types of Patients on Unit: General Medical Surgical

Special Requests: An interview may not be available prior to offer.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend,

• Holiday Rotation with perm staff

Floating requirements

• Region II: Primary to St Clare Hospital but if needed, travelers will be required to float throughout Region Two: St Joseph Medical Center – Tacoma, WA; St. Elizabeth Hospital – Enumclaw, WA; St. Clare Hospital – Lakewood, WA. Additional $20 when floated within Region II that's not the primary facility.

• Can float up to PCU or ICU to care for MedSurg acuity patients or ER holding. Would also be eligible to float to Ortho.
