RTO:
Manager is requesting no June or July RTO
No holiday RTO
No RTO - Strong Preference
All time off required at time of submission
IVS to manager who will interview and offer
Shift / Scheduling:
Rotating - 7am, 9:30am,11a, 1pm start time based on need / weekends / call / holidays.
No Block Scheduling.
On call is at least 1 weekend per month
Response Time: 30 minutes
Required:
Must have 4-5 years OR RN or combined OR experience
Circulate Experience
Would prefer OR RN’s who can scrub neuro, spine and orthopedics – in conjunction to being comfortable with DiVinci robotic cases.
Must be experienced in circulating and the following surgeries: ortho, spine,neuro and vascular (checklist should indicate performs Independently)
Mandatory Overtime: During Personnel’s assignment with Client, he or she is considered part of the unit and will be included as part of the rotation pool of staff (i.e., Client employees and Personnel) who are required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure coverage for the unit
Float: Client may float or reassign Personnel to a different department, unit, or facility (within 30 miles of the Personnel’s originally assigned facility) within the Personnel’s clinical competence
