Additional Details:
Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.
Clinician to Patient Ratios – 1:2, can fluctuate with acuity - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed.
Type of equipment – GE fetal monitor system.
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. -Ability to care for both low risk and high risk obstetric patients -Ability to circulate a c-section -EFM-C or AWHONN Intermediate or advance fetal monitoring -Strong patient experience skills
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. -Comfortable with unblocked/unepiduralized patients -Strong collaboration skills with physicians, midwives, and doulas -Mom/Baby, couplet care experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
-Cerclages, versions, c-sections, vaginal deliveries, D&C’s, care of fetal demise, epidurals.
