Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

General job duties. Types of procedures required: Ventilator Mgmt, Nebulizer Tx's, Ekg's, Bipap/cpap, Bedside Spirometry

Required skills: Competency in care/treatment of all ages. Effective equipment skills (listed above), communication effectively, pt cares, ability to prioritize daily duties.

Graduate of accredited approved program for respiratory care

Shift: Days and nights. Both 8 and 12 hour shifts with rotating weekends

Floating to over units/departments: Will be required to work all depts/areas within the hospital-ED, ICU, Med Surg, Peds, OB, and Family Care Areas

Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program: Basic introduction to hospital specifics, floor layouts, equipment storage areas, pt cares areas, respiratory care dept., review of hospital policy as well as dept policy. Brief computer training.

MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.
