Required Skills/Experience:

• Two years of previous acute care experience in MedSurg, Maternal and child care, Critical Care, Pediatrics.

• Current Maternal Child Home Health Experience

• Experience in At Home Setting

Required Credentials: Must have NYS Nursing License Registration and NYS Copy of Physical License/Diploma for submission.

Unit/Facility Details:

• Brooklyn: This role involves nurse traveling to patient homes and providing care for anyone from newborn to 18 year old of age.

• Newborn visit might require to provide care for the mother as well which will count as 2 patients.

Special Requests:

• All time off and special requests should be discussed directly with managers upon arrival (no pre-approval).

• Clinicians must start assignments within 30 days of receiving an offer.

• Individual Professional Liability coverage is mandatory for assignment duration (Only individual malpractice insurance is accepted by the facility).

• Overtime not allowed at NYCHH facilities (requires written manager approval in rare cases).
