Requirements
Experience
36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Must be able to recover pediatric patients, Must be willing to second phase patients out of OR.
  • RNs read strips.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer 3 or more years of experience

Shift & Scheduling:

  • Weeknight/Call Requirements: on call max 1-2 nights per 6 week schedule for a total of max 8 on call shifts in 6 week period
  • Weekend/Call Requirements: 24 hours of weekend call in a 6 week schedule
  • Holiday/Call Requirements: as needed during contract
  • What is call response time? 30 minutes

Floating Requirements: Travel staff are first to float - will float to inpatient units as helping hands or be a sitter, phase 2 comfort

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
