Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
36 months of Wound / Ostomy Care experience is required from last 12 months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license

Shifts will be Monday - Friday, weekend requirements are a possibility depending on patient admits
