Travel Nurse (LVN / LPN) - Outpatient Clinic

Additional Details:

Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this unit and all RN units. Clinicians will be requested to sign an attestation to confirm they are aware of this requirement during compliance.

LPN or RN in Outpatient onsite clinic

Strong urology experience required

Mon-Fri; Starting at 8:00, 8:15, or 8:30 (30 min lunch required)

Block Schedules: No

• Must be confident with procedures and catheter changes

• Looking for a traveler who can jump right in

• Will be required to assist with procedures, cover bins, prescription refills, getting patients to room, and triage

• First-time travelers are accepted as long as they have urology exp

• Sees 12-14 patients per day

• Traveler will be aligned with NP

• Facility does not have an automated med system

Labs and DS appt must be completed within 48 hours of signing - Completion must be emailed to Vaya compliance team within 48 hrs

Background initiation, BID, CCAP, and WI caregiver are to be completed and uploaded into Lotus within 48 hours
