Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
36 months of Respiratory Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Holiday Coverage Required: Yes

Unless the RN is a returning Genesis traveler from within the last 9 months, July 21st is the ONLY start date we can offer.

RN will work primarily on the Respiratory unit (where COVID patients are admitted) but may also float occasionally between various Med-Surg units (Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, ED/Med-Surg boarders, etc.).

With every other weekend required.

There is no call requirements

Current Epic EMR proficiency is required (refresher classes or having someone sit 1:1 with them are NOT options),

Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience is required (must be able to read Telemetry; they will be tested for this skill on day one and will be terminated if they cannot pass the competency; will also be terminated if we discover they are not Epic proficient).
