Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

ONS (Preferred)

Vaccinations

Required Skills/Experience: RNs required to titrate drips: Heparin, Cardizem, may see other cardiac drips.

Required Credentials:

Will need to pass a dysrthymia exam during onboarding.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend, Nights: Friday, Saturday and Holiday Rotate with perm staff.

Floating Requirements: First to Float, Primary to St Joseph Medical Center, but if needed, travelers will be required to float throughout Region Two: St. Clare Hospital – Lakewood, WA; St. Elizabeth Hospital – Enumclaw, WA; St Joseph Medical Center – Tacoma, WA. Within Med Surg/Tele service line. Floats in rotation with perm staff. Union dictates floating requirement.
