Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
60 months of Long Term Care experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Experience with PointClickCare is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Hawaii license

Additional Details:
