Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Need someone with a strong background in cardiac.

• Looking for experience in Balloon Pump and Impella Pump.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend. Will need to work weekends. Not all weekends but a nigh need for coverage during weekends. Travelers must be flexible.

• Holidays: 1 major & 1 minor

Floating Requirements: First to float, if needed. RN would need to float to PCU and Med Surg as needed. (depending on census.) possible extension.
