Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

24 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from any number of months

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have recent scrub experience, Travel experience (at least 1-2 assignments), cannot be first travel assignment

Shift & Scheduling: Shift: D8D12. Night rotation as needed by unit depending on shift offered

Weekend Requirement- Sat or Sunday- try not to schedule both days of weekend, 2-3 shifts per 6-week schedule period

Call: 4 hrs blocks, 3-4 shifts both weekday and weekend in 6 week schedule

Holidays- at least 1 holiday
