Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Must be able to care for the Incarcerated population. Must be able to read Telemetry strips

Required Credentials: Travelers will be tested prior to orientation on arrhythmia readings and heparin distribution. Failure to pass will cause for cancellation of the contract. Compliance clearance is required 10 days prior to orientation.

Shift & Scheduling: No set schedule. Must be able to work weekends, refrain from requesting a lot of time off, must be able to work holidays(cannot request all holidays off), HCP must be reliable, transparent and be present to work.

Floating Requirements: Floating is required within the candidate's scope of practice.
