Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Long Term Care experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Hawaii license

BLS (Required)

Unit/Facility Details: Ka’u Hospital is a 21 bed critical access hospital in rural Hawaii that has a family practice rural health clinic on site.
