Director of Nursing - Required

Responsible for nursing clinical administration and supervision

Will work in collaboration with the Medical Director and Program Director on fiscal management, creating and developing clinically sound, consumer-oriented services responsive to community need

Responsible for scheduling, orientation, problem solving, communication, staff education and evaluations

Will assume delegated responsibilities in the absence of other senior managers

Required:

Adult and Adolescent inpatient psych experience

Leadership experience

Skills:

Have an advanced level knowledge of Behavior Health and Substance Abuse treatment modalities

Applies nursing process from a Trauma Informed Recovery model of care

Effective oral and written communication

Crisis management, time management, delegating, coaching and team building skills
