Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Utah license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

CRN (Preferred)

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Friday

Equipment Used on Unit: Philips

Required Skills/Experience: Patient Experience requirements**: Previous Cath/IR experience -Must have: Cath Monitor, Scrub, Circulate for Cardiac catheterization, angiogram and angioplasty.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Advanced skills needed: Preferred: Interventional Radiology – such as angiograms and angioplasty, embolization, chemoembolization and thrombolysis ESI, LP, Other, Pain Management, Kyphoplasty, Spine Jack, Rhizotomy, Simple Blocks

Preferred Credentials: CVRN cert

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Diagnostic Cath, PCI, Right heart cath, loop recorder, IR procedures listed above.
