Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 36 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 3-5 years MS experience required.

• Must have experience with managing non titratable cardiac drips and insulin drips.

• Must be able to read Tele.

• Experience must be short term acute care hospital experience.

Required Credentials: Associate Degree or Certificate

Unit/Facility Details: 5 Med unit 53 bed unit

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend; Holiday rotation

Floating Requirements: Candidate may float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital and Mukwonago and other like units as needed.
