Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Physical Therapy experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Shift & Scheduling: 8hr Days (Monday-Friday) or 10hr days (flexible with scheduling). Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence. Holidays: As needed

Required Credentials: Masters or Doctorate in PT

Required Skills/Experience: Required Skillset: Outpatient

Unit/Facility Details: Hospital setting, primarily outpatient with some inpatient
