Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Inpatient rehab experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: 2+ preferred Physical Therapist exp

• IRF experience preferred

• Adult IRF experience preferred. Not a good fit if only has outpatient, schools, or acute care experience.

Required Credentials: Graduate of accredited PT program

Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Anywhere in parking lot, enter through main entrance, check in with receptionist and ask for Angie Hill

Shift & Scheduling:

• No Call

• Weekend Hours: 2-3 weekend days per month

Floating Requirements: Able to float to CRHN and CRHW as needed
