Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 10 months of Home Health experience.

Experience with Oasis is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: One year of Skilled Home Health experience.

Required Credentials:

• BLS: Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation only.

• Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Unit/Facility Details:

• Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.

• Parking Cost: Free

• Proof of Identification: Drivers License/State ID

• All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

• References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Shift & Scheduling: No weekend requirement; No on-call requirement.

Floating Requirements: All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state. Traveler's refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
