Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Pediatric Operating Room experience is preferred with some in the last 24 months.

Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Connecticut license

ACLS (Preferred)

Scrubs Provided

Spinal Fusion Neurosurgery and craniofacial exp required

On call required after first assignment - Traveler may need to rotate to an off-hour shift M-F based on the needs of the unit

Daily Census: 25-30 cases daily

Special Procedures/Unit:

Pediatric experience required with adult experience beneficial for the adult congenital programs
CVOR not required but beneficial
Robotic not required but beneficial

ACLS, BLS, PALS - RQI and Heart Code Complete are acceptable

Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics
