Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Home Health experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Alaska license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

1 Bedroom housing at Wedgewood Manor is provided. No pets are allowed. Transportation is not provided and walking is not recommended in winter. You will need to secure a vehicle for transportation!

Desired Start Date: September

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Weekend Requirement: Call; average one weekend a month, plus 1-2 days a week overnight 4:30p-8a

On-call Requirements: Yes

Holidays Requirements: Yes, rotating

Required:

At least one year in CMS/OASIS Home Health program, 2 years preferred
