Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Minnesota license

Additional Details:

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Open to straight nights or Day/Night rotate. Every other weekend and holiday.

MUST Have: 2 years OB/L&D experience

Must be willing to float to other units - ie: Tele, MS in the event it is needed. (per union contract, travelers are first to float)

Must be able to work in Labor, PP, Nursery and PEDS

General job duties: Care for postpartum, stable antepartum, pediatric patients, newborns, GYN, Med-Surg overflow and may be 2nd RN in our SCN .

Post Partum and PEDS experience required.

Variable shift and day, includes weekends. Will assist in filling schedule vacancies related to staff onboarding, vacancies, and staff on FMLA. Must be willing to float to Med-Surg & Tele.

Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: 1:3 mom/baby couplets, 1:5 GYN/Med-Surge patients, 1:3-4 pediatrics

All clinicians must badge in and out at facility
