Travel Allied (Sterile Processing Tech) - Sterile Processing Unit

Prefer 1 reference from last travel assignment. Supervisor title not accepted.

40 hours per week

One weekend per month in a 4 week block schedule; every other holiday. Must be available M-F, no blocked scheduling.

No RTO will be approved for the 1st 13-week contract

Required Exp: 5+ years of acute care experience, must be proficient in, Decontamination, Sterilization, Assembly (prep & pack), Case Cart Picking and Endoscope Reprocessing.

Prefer: Level 1 Trauma facility experience and those with a strong background in orthopedics and micro-instruments. Will float to several areas within the hospital.

Required Certs: CRCST by IAHCSMM OR CSPDT by the ASHCSP.

Certification must be current and maintained with CEUs as required.

Minimum of High School Diploma or GED. Education must be submitted as part of the submission packet.
