Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
24 months of Dialysis Unit experience is required.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Required Credentials: IA or compact license required in hand at time of submission proof of address.
Shift & Scheduling: Every 3rd weekend, On Call Requirement: Call 2 nights/week from 2000-0800 the next day.
