Travel Allied (Physical Therapist) - Home Health

Additional Details:

This candidate will be expected to do 5-6 clients per day.

Required Skills/Experience: A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (or more) with home health required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: At least 2 previous travel assignments.

Types of Patients on Unit: Cardiac, pulmonary, diabetes, wound care, post-surgery, orthopedics, neurological impairment, palliative care, dementia, CVA, SCI, COPD, Parkinson’s, ostomy, catheters, MVA, etc.

Special Requests:

• No block schedules for any reason.
• Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Assignment for 16-26 weeks.
• CANNOT accommodate 10H shifts.
• Weekend rotations; Must be flexible with holidays.
