RTO must be listed at time of submission.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee. ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any) Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.
This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.
Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard).
RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager.
Guaranteed Hours: Facility can call off UP TO one shift per pay period (every two weeks).
Facility is open to 26 week contract.
Special Requirements: Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.
Attire / Scrub Color: Business casual, no jeans, scrubs allowed but not required (no specific color).
All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state. travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
