Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit experience.

Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New York license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• Competencies with immediate postoperative cardiac and vascular surgery patients requiring the ICU.

• High acuity patients with advanced hemodynamic monitoring.

• Efficient with vents, a-lines, spinal drains, hemodynamic monitoring, ECG interpretation and monitoring, temporary pacemakers, vasoactive and inotropic drip titrations.

Special Requests:

• No Travel teams / pairs.

• Must be able to start within 5 weeks to apply.

Shift & Scheduling: Every Other Weekend; Rotating Holidays
