12 months of Operating Room experience is required from last 3 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

Additional Details:

Shift: Monday - Friday with a floating day off during the week.

Call for the month will be as follow: 3-4 weeknights starting at 1900-0630 1 24 hr Saturday or Sunday 0700-0700

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Orientation: Every Monday

Weekend Requirement: Varies will discuss in interview - Call - varies discuss in interview

Types of cases: General, Ortho, Neuro, OB-GYN, ENT
