Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

12 months of Operating Room experience is required from last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Certifications

ACLS (Required)

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Fri-Sun

Neuro exp required.

Call Requirements – 4 to 5 shifts per 6 week period min. and 4 to 5 late shifts per 6 week period.

Weekends: Shifts available.

Must Have Neuro/Spine experience.

For Cardiac Service line – must have cardiac experience.

Preferred or nice to have: Multiple service lines; ortho, neuro, general, robotic.

Scrub Color - We provide scrubs. Closed toe and heeled shoes required – non-slip.

Must be available to start within six weeks of the date of submission.

Must have at least 9 months of experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.
