Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Shift & Scheduling: Day/night rotate- will sort out shift specifics on site. Every other weekend.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Adult, Pediatric and/or Neonatal critical care is a plus.
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Nebulizers/inhalers, volurex, oxygen therapy/titration, protocols, airway clearance, trach changes, ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, overnight oximetry.
Equipment Used on Unit: One Chart, Accudose medication dispensing system, Avea Ventilators, Hamilton Ventilators, V-60 BiPAP, SiPAP, Oscillator 3100A & B, Jet Vent, metaneb, Aerogen,
Previous Employment Requirements: MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society location as well.
