Neuro, Ortho Trauma, Kidney Transplant Experience - Required
Shift:
Two 12-hour shifts (7a-7:30p) and two 8-hour (7:00-3:30p) shifts/week
Orientation: 1st week
Up to 2 weekends/month – either call (7a-7p, or 7p-7a on Sat/Sun/holidays) or working shifts.
Response Time: 30 minutes
Short call shift once or twice a week 3p-7p ; or 3a-7a
Primarily based on the West Main campus but can be floated to east or CVI OR.
Holidays eligible to work: any while on contract
RTO must be approved
Skills:
Scrub and/or circulate general surgery, robotics, transplants, ortho, neuro, spine, ENT (primarily head & neck); GYN, Urology, organ procurement, trauma
Focuses on Inpatient Level I Trauma Surgery.
Patient Types: Patients undergoing a wide variety of surgical procedures including bariatric, neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedic trauma, spine, major plastic reconstruction, robotic surgery, and kidney and liver transplants.
Orientation is weekly (every Monday barring a holiday)
All RTO requests must be presented at the time of submission.
Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as perm or per diem within the last six months will not be accepted
Must be separated from facility for six months to be considered.
Guaranteed Hours: 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments – these guaranteed hours do not include any “on-call” time worked
