Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Oregon license

Vaccinations

CHARGE RN

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: DKA, Septic shock, ETOH withdrawal, Hypoxemia, Acute Resp Distress, Covid.

Unit/Facility Details: # Beds- 4

Shift & Scheduling: 2 week block schedule made out by management; Nights they try to group 3-4 shifts in a row.

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend

Holiday Requirements: May be asked to go into the Holiday Rotation if it falls on a regularly scheduled shift

Is there a call or standby requirement: None

Floating Requirements: Could be asked to float to IMCU or MS and take a full patient assignment. If you have prior ED experience, you may be asked to float to the ED. If you do not have ER experience, you could be assigned as helping hands in the ER.
