Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 12 months of Long Term Care experience within the past 24 months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a license

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Required Skills / Experience: LTC or Rehab Experience
Special Requests: Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.
New Grads okay - as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience
Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday
Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. We do ask the therapists start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM
