Shift: Nights or Days/Nights rotate. Every other weekend and holiday.
Willing to float to other units - i.e.: Tele, MS in the event it is needed. (per union contract, travelers are first to float)
Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: 1:3 mom/baby couplets, 1:5 GYN/Med-Surge patients, 1:3-4 pediatrics
General job duties: Care for postpartum, stable antepartum, pediatric patients, newborns, GYN, Med-Surg overflow and may be 2nd RN in our SCN .
MUST Have: 2 years OB/L&D experience; Able to work in Labor, PP, Nursery and PEDS
MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.
