Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 22 months of Postpartum experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Previous Employment Requirements:* Former employees are eligible for a travel assignment once they have been away from the facility for 6 months or more

Required Skills/Experience: IV start skills and labor & delivery (L&D) experience

Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

Types of Patients on Unit: Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Adults

Postpartum patients: -Vaginal Delivery -C/S Delivery

Postpartum readmits: -Wound infection -Preeclampsia

Healthy Newborns NAS infants

Unit/Facility Details: This is a 40 bed inpatient postpartum unit that provides Family-Centered care to women and infants.

Daily Census: 60

Special Requests: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

RTO required with submission, must be built into contract

Shift & Scheduling: EOW

Floating Requirements: May float to unit as similar acuity.
