36 guaranteed hours
On call shifts required one night a week as well (at minimum) and weekend every three weeks. The response time is 30 mins.
Must know Angioplasty, Stent, IABP Intra-aortic balloon pump, Impella, Rotablader, Pacemaker/ICDs, Scrubbing, Hemodynamics – if not they will be scrubbing all cases. Bonus points for EP, Watchman, TAVR.
Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology required
As part of our Cath Lab Team, our IR Techs works with proceduralist as part of a procedural team to perform interventional procedures. Operates medical imaging equipment (single and bi-plane fluoroscopic angiographic equipment, Ultrasound, Intravascular Ultrasound IVUS) and assists with device management.
