Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience.
BSN completion preferred
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a license

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

VCU has a natural nail policy.
Required Skills/Experience: Must have acute care hospital exp.
Required Credentials: ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued Photo ID.
Special Requests: RTO should be included at the time of submission. No time off requests during the first week of the contract.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday.
Floating Requirements: Candidates will float within scope if needed.
