Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Nurse Management experience is required from last 12 months.
Experience with Netsmart Technologies is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Hospice Clinical Director - Required
Looking for an experience Hospice Clinical Director
Current Census: 43
On-Call: 1 or 2 times/week
Housing: Should be plenty options since in populated area
Ideally HCP has 4 years of Hospice RN experience and a few years of Director experience.
All home based hospice no inpatient
