Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

Preferred Skills/Experience: Over 2 years of Labor and Delivery

Transition Nurse/Baby Catching

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: NST, Cervical exam, Managing labor, McRoberts

Equipment Used on Unit: GE fetal monitoring

Technology Used on Unit: CPN, Meditech

Unit/Facility Details: Number of Beds – Labor beds -11, 4-ObEval, 2 OB PACU, 2 OR’s

Shift & Scheduling: Weekends and On call(if any): Yes, as they are filling in our needs. Typically we don’t ask for a scheduled on-call.

Floating Requirements: Does Couplet Care if floated
