Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Netsmart Technologies is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours per Week: 38 with up to 40 as needed

Shift Requirements: M-F variable days

Float Requirements: to areas in the south region

Weekend/Holiday: No weekends or holidays needed

Valid Drivers License (with proof of car insurance), Must have NPI number (can apply upon offer) - Required

Required Education: Master's Degree in Physical Therapy.

Minimum Experience: Home Health experience, training working with the adult/geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis.
