Travel Experience Required: Yes Note: Please do not pass 1st time travelers. Screen if they are a good candidate. DO not pass if they are missing skills. Scopes are a hardstop

Candidate may submit with either IAHCSMM/HSPA or CBSPD

Number of Weekend Shifts Per Contract: variable depending on staff

5x8 Variable Shift - Will be expected to cover shifts between the hours of 06:30-23:00 - This position will be mostly 14:30-23:00 &/or 22:30-07:00 (40 hrs guaranteed)

Call required

Weekends required and variable depending on staffing - Roughly 1 every 4th-5th weekend & 1 night per week minimum

Must have experience flexible endoscope reprocessing: bronchoscopes, colonoscopies, egd scopes, ebus, eus, enteroscopes, ercp, fiberoptics, flex sigmoidoscopes, tee scopes and automated reprocessors

Endoscope reprocessing exp required

Must be able to do decontamination and assembly

Submittal requirements MUST BE SENT WITH SUB: -Please inform if traveler is previous Marshfield employee -Please inform if traveler requires a vaccine exemption -SSN & DOB Required at time of submittal -If multiple holidays occur during assignment, facility will only accept 1 holiday RTO request -Candidates will float within the hospital as needed (please refer to JD & UD for specifics by specialty) -PT, SLP, & OT placements will be required to submit the credentialing application requirements within 1 week of signing (DOB, SSN, resume, transcript or diploma, education verification, & minimum of 3 references 2 peers/1 department chair names and addresses needed) -Lab and DS appt must be completed within 48 hours of signing

Modules: -Modules are billable, up to 8 hours – any additional time required outside of the 8 hours, is billed at a lower rate -Modules are completed during orientation -Modules are recorded via Kronos
