All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: Skills: Alice, Adult Maintenance of Wakefulness test (MWT), Adult Multiple Sleep Latency Test (MSLT), Seizure Study, Full Face, Nasal Mask, Nasal Pillow, Cardiac abnormalities, ECG, EEG, End-Tidal CO2 monitoring, O2 Saturation, Periodic Limb Movement (PLM), PSG, Respiratory Inductance Plethysmography (RIP), Arousal, Cheyne-Stokes, Complex Sleep Apnea, Hypopnea, Periodic Breathing, PSG scoring, Respiratory Events, Sleep Stages, Transient arousals, ASV, BiPAP, CPAP, Oxygen administration, VPAP, O2 Therapy / Home study training.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Skills: Respironics, MediTech / WATCHPAT.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued Photo ID. ACLS, BLS - Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation only.

Preferred Credentials: CCHS.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.

Floating Requirements: Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours
