Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Outpatient Clinic experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Pt Age Group: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

Preferred Certs: Lymphedema certified

Weekend REQ: None

Orientations: Bi-weekly

Previous Charge Experience: Required

Experience necessary due to only Outpatient OT working.

Patient Ratio Experience: 1:1

Number of Visits Per Day: 6

Patient Diagnoses: Lymphedema, s/p CVA, Generalized Weakness, UE musculoskeletal injuries (i.e., fractures, sprains, strains), CTS, RA/Arthritis, Neurological conditions (i.e., MS, ALS, PD, etc)

Special Procedures/Unit Details: Outpatient Therapy

RTO: must be included with submission, 5-7 days max

Proof of ID: Drivers license or government issued photo ID.
