Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

No Block Scheduling requests Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

There is no shift differential for AM/PM.

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Clinician to Patient ratio: 1/7

Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Candidate must be able to have NICU and PICU experience. Delivery experience

Preferred or nice to have: (candidates with these skills will be considered first.) Adult experience

Floating Area(s): Adult ICU, Floors, Level 2 NICU, Level 3 NICU, Level 4 NICU, PICU, PEDI

Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Gray monogramed scrubs

Weekends and On call(if any): 4 weekend shifts required per four week schedule.
